We are looking for an experienced Breast Care Nurse.

Requirements

  • To work in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure the service to breast patients is planned, delivered and evaluated in line with evidence-based practice
  • To work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to help create and maintain a robust service whilst seamlessly incorporating other centre services such as diagnostics, chemotherapy and radiotherapy
  • To provide psychological support, information and advice to patients diagnosed with breast cancer
  • To provide overall clinical leadership for all breast services

TEAM LEADER - ENDOSCOPY   

We are looking for a Team Leader who will be responsible for the management of staff and resources within the endoscopy team. The successful applicant will work with the Theatre Manager to ensure the provision of high quality, evidence based and patient centred care for patients and endoscopy users.

Requirements for the role:

  • RGN or ODP Qualification
  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing / Healthcare
  • Recognised post registration course relevant to Endoscopy
  • Teaching and assessing qualification
  • Sedation course
  • Evidence of CPD
  • 5 years post registration
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Endoscopy at senior level
  • Well organised and able to organise the work of others
  • Able to lead the process to achieve JAG accreditation

We are looking for a Scrub Practitioner to join our Hospital in Kingston. The successful applicant should have some Scrub experience and be willing and motivated to develop their skills and knowledge in this role. This position has exposure to a wide variety of surgical specialities including general surgery, orthopaedic, gynaecology, opthalmics, plastics and endoscopy.
