MARKETING MANAGER   

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our Business Development Team. The role of the Team is to be able to devise and implement the marketing plan to meet the Hospital's objectives, ensuring its needs are met efficiently and effectively. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Head of Business Development and will be responsible for planning, development and implementation of marketing strategies to meet organisational goals to enhance the image of NVH and support market share growth. This will cover a multiple range of activities such as communication, advertising, on line marketing, PR and new business development. 

The Marketing Manager will provide leadership and direction to the GP Liaison Officer and the Marketing Executive, ensuring business and marketing goals are met and projects are delivered in a timely manner. The role will also require the successful applicant to be involved in the management of agencies and relevant marketing teams. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Leading cross functional team of 3 
  • Marketing Project Management 
  • Create business growth generating marketing campaigns 
  • Undertake qualitative and quantitative research where required  
  • Support Management where needed  
  • Manage suppliers & agencies, tender reviews and contracts  
  • Deliver a first-class marketing service to colleagues  
  • Be the guardian of the NVH brand, building its value and impact on the business  

Skills & Experience Required: 

  • Extensive experience in B2B and B2C experience. 
  • Previous experience of holding a similar role within a hospital/ medical environment. 
  • Previous experience of managing a departmental budget.  
  • Substantial marketing services experience at management level, either client side or agency.  
  • Strong project management skills, and a track record of effective delivery.  
  • Knowledge of the Healthcare sector.  
  • Knowledge of working in customer facing organization and developing customer propositions and campaigns.

Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

PATIENT SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR - CARDIOLOGY

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking candidate with strong self-initiative to undertake this multifaceted role. You will be supporting the Imaging Department by undertaking report processing, administration and patient services for Cardiac Investigations.. You must be computer literate and enjoy front-line customer service in addition to developing strong working relationships with our referrers.

You will be required to undertake independent working, demonstrating a timely, efficient and knowledgeable approach. Previous experience with in the medical sector is essential with and a detailed understanding of Cardiac investigations highly desirable.

Requirements for the role include:

PATIENT SERVICES ADVISORS   

We are looking for reliable, hardworking and flexible people to work as part of the busy Patient Services Department. You must be computer literate and enjoy being in a front-line customer facing position in a busy department, providing the highest levels of customer care and service to our patients.. Full training will be given after which you will be expected to work using your own initiative. 

We have part-time vacancies available, for up to 30 hours/week 5 x 6 hour shifts . The opening hours of the department are between 06:30 - 20:00 Monday - Friday (Saturday shift cover will be until 18:00), therefore your shift may commence at 06:30 or finish at 20:00. There is a requirement for one of the shifts to be worked in turn with Sunday rotation.

New Victoria Hospital are looking for permanent, part-time, Housekeeping Assistants to join our team.

Requirements for the role: 

  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team - showing flexibility of shared tasks to ensure that we provide the best quality service in a pleasant environment for both staff and patients.
  • Ensure that a high quality service is delivered to patients.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the hospital in accordance with Infection Control Standards.
