GENDER DYSPHORIA SURGICAL SERVICE TEAM LEAD

We are looking for an Gender Dysphoria Surgical Service (GDSS) Team Lead to join our busy Business Analysis team.

Responsibilities

  • Establishing processes for the efficient day to day running of the department.
  • Manage the administration of Theatre pathways efficiently for patients through regular liaison with Consultants, Admissions, Pre-Assessment, Theatres and Supplies
  • To receive and assist all patients and consultants in a courteous and efficient manner.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience
  • An appetite to identify and establish processes in a new department and service
  • Ability to work on own initiative, identifying, organising and prioritising own and others workloads to changing and often tight time lines
  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with confidential and sensitive information, liaise with other departments as well as Consultants and patients.
