EXECUTIVE PA   

We are looking to recruit an Executive P.A. to assist in the successful management of the Chief Executive and Director of Clinical Services office, as well as provide administrative support to the Medical Director. The successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the administration of the Chief Executive's, Director of Clinical Services and Medical Directors office, ensuring a high level of accuracy, efficiency and confidentiality is maintained throughout.

The role of the department includes providing day to day managerial and operational direction and support across the organisation.

The key duties and responsibilities for the role include:

  • Dealing efficiently with all correspondence and enquiries to the CE's/DoCS's/MD's office.
  • Making appointments and organising their diaries where necessary
  • Arranging meetings, preparing and distributing supporting documentation
  • Taking minutes of meetings where necessary
  • Management and processing of departmental post
  • Providing administration support for the student nurse co-ordinator

Requirements for the role include:

  • RSA typing
  • Minimum 2 years of working at a senior level
  • Minimum typing speed 50+wpm
  • Excellent command of written/spoken word
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience in PowerPoint desirable
  • Experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry desirable

DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE   

We are looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in the efficient and effective delivery of the Hospital’s On-Line Marketing Plan.

Requirements for the role include: 

  • At least 2 years working within a marketing/digital environment
  • Experience in digital marketing and the management of websites and social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adwords and SEO platforms
  • Experience using packages including eg Publisher; PhotoShop; WordPress
  • Knowledge of UK private healthcare market is desired

THEATRE PORTER   

We are looking to recruit a Theatre Porter. The role requires the successful candidate to provide a general portering service to the Theatre Department.

You will promote a courteous working relationship with all hospital staff and patients.

Previous experience is an advantage but is not essential as full training will be given.

We would like to hear from you if you are customer focused, polite, flexible and reliable.

A clean driving licence is essential and an enhanced DBS check will be carried out.

BANK CALL CENTRE OPERATOR   

We are looking for a Bank Call Centre Operator to join our Patient Services team. The role of the department is to provide a welcoming reception, and effective booking and administration system to patients, visitors, consultants and all hospital users. To ensure the delivery of a high quality appointment booking service, paying particular attention to the principles of patient confidentiality and customer care on a daily basis.

The duties for the role include: 

  • To provide an efficient and knowledgeable appointment service to Consultants, GPs and patients offering suitable alternatives if required via all communication methods. These include enquiries in person, via telephone and electronically.
  • To be competent and accurate entering all required information into the Meditech system, paying particular attention to insurance company membership and authorisation details.
  • To be fully competent in the working of all areas with the department.

Requirements for the role include: 

  • O level/GCSE in English Language and Maths
  • I.T. literate including Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

We are looking for a chef to join our bank. This role covers a multiple range of activities including, but not limited to, ensuring that the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of nutritious and appetising food for patients and staff is carried out effectively to high standards.
