We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our Catering team.

Requirements

  • This role assists with all working areas within the hospital’s kitchen, including but not limited to, washing dishes, cleaning of the kitchen area, removal of rubbish and laundry.
  • The kitchen porter will support all catering functions within the hospital, ensuring that standard operating procedures are adhered to at all times
  • The post holder will ensure that kitchen services are efficient and that health and safety standards are adhered to within the department.
  • The successful candidate will have good hygiene standards, and a knowledge of working in a catering environment will be beneficial.
  • Good communication and team skills and the ability to work under pressures are essential.
