Dr Lowri Bailey is an experienced General Practitioner and has expertise and confidence in managing the full range of presentations to General Practice.
She has a background in paediatrics and child health and has also developed an interest in fertility, antenatal and postnatal care and mental health.
Dr Bailey loves her work as a GP and particularly enjoys building relationships with patients and supporting them with a friendly and holistic approach.
She qualified as a doctor from the University of Manchester in 1999 and worked in various specialities before completing the membership exams for the Royal College of Paediatrics. In 2005 she became a GP and went on to work as a GP Partner in a busy practice in Balham for 10 years. During this time, she also worked as a GP educator and trainer.
More recently, she has enjoyed expanding her experience into new roles. These have included working as a private online GP, an NHS GP in a local practice and as an out of hours GP at Kingston Hospital.
She lives locally in Kingston, she spends most of her time away from work either looking after her three children or running in Richmond Park.
