Mr Philip Rubin qualified as a plastic and reconstructive surgeon in Glasgow and trained in South Yorkshire.

He completed a fellowship program with world renowned microsurgeon Fu Chan Wei in Taipei and a cosmetic surgery fellowship at the West London Clinic.

He specialises in gender affirming surgery including gender affirming chest surgery and phalloplasty penile reconstruction.

At New Victoria Hospital, Mr Rubin is part of the Gender Dysphoria surgical team and he specialises in the full range of stage I phalloplasty.
