New Victoria Hospital times over the Christmas Holidays
With the Christmas season upon us, we would like to inform our patients that some of the Hospital’s administrative services will be available between Christmas and New Year, and we will be open until 12pm on the 23rd of December, 2023.
The Hospital will then be closed until the 2nd of January, 2024, when we will reopen as usual at 6:30am.
The phone lines for general enquiries and booking appointments for January and beyond will be open from 8am until 2pm on 23 and 27 – 30 December. For more information or if you need help outside of these hours, please email us at [email protected].
Services between Christmas and New Year

| Wednesday 27 – Friday 29 December | Hospital closed Phone lines open 8am – 2pm for outpatient appointment bookings and general enquiries. Pre-op assessment and GDSS CNS remote surveillance of patients. |
Saturday 30 December – Monday 1 January | Hospital closed Saturday only: phone lines open 8am – 2pm for outpatient appointment bookings and general enquiries. |
| Tuesday 2 January | Hospital reopens as usual from 6:30am |
Please note that patients will be unable to deliver pathology specimens over the Christmas period.
