Car Park service

We offer a free* CCTV-monitored car park for patients and visitors. Parking is managed by an external company using an Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) system.

If your stay exceeds 20 minutes, please register your vehicle at the Reception desk to avoid receiving a Parking Charge Notice (PCN).

Important:
*Failure to register your vehicle or exceeding the permitted time limit will result in a £100 Parking Charge Notice.

If you receive a PCN and believe it has been issued in error, please contact Gemini Parking Solutions at [email protected], providing evidence of your visit (e.g. an appointment letter).

If you experience ongoing issues with fines from Gemini Parking Solutions, please email [email protected] with the following details:

• Your name
• Vehicle registration number
• Date and time of the appointment attended or patient accompanied

Please note:

• Hospital parking spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
• Patients are encouraged to arrive early or consider alternative transport where possible.
• There is limited street parking available outside the Hospital premises.
