We truly value feedback on the care and service we deliver and a confidential questionnaire is offered to every admitted patient for completion. These are collated each month by an independent external healthcare survey company, providing validation and quality assurances of the results achieved.

Latest Results

We are delighted to say that in December 2021, over 97%  of respondents rated their overall quality of care as very good or good, and 100% rated the overall nursing care as excellent, good or very good.
