New Victoria Hospital (NVH) will close its gender surgical service on 30 November 2026.
From December 2026, Chelsea & Westminster NHS Foundation Trust will be the only NHS commissioned provider of this service.

What this means for you

We will transfer your:

• referral
• ongoing care
• relevant care records

to Chelsea & Westminster.

You will keep your original referral date. This means the transfer will not change the date from which you have been waiting for treatment.
