We truly value feedback on the care and service we deliver and confidential questionnaire is offered to every admitted patient for completion. These are collated each month by an independent external healthcare survey company, providing validation and quality assurances of the results achieved.
We are delighted to say that in the first 9 months of 2020 99.6% of respondents rated their overall quality of care as excellent, very good or good.
All feedback is taken extremely seriously and we really appreciate the time taken by our patients to assist us in ensuring we are meeting their needs and expectations.
