Settling Your Account with New Victoria Hospital

You can settle your account with New Victoria Hospital, including payment for your fixed price surgery and outpatient treatment, in the following ways:

By credit card

We accept VISA or Mastercard. You can pay either in person at our reception desk or by telephone by contacting either our main reception (020 8949 9000) or our accounts department (020 8949 9641/9646)

By Internet bank transfer

Our bank account details are given on our invoices. In order for us to identify your payment please use your invoice or account number as a reference.

By cheque

Please make cheques payable to New Victoria Hospital.

Cheques should be sent to:

         Kingston upon Thames, 
         KT2 7EG.

If you are paying for your fixed price surgery by cheque please ensure that it is received by us at least 5 days before your admission.
