Knowledge, Education, Qualifications and Skillset:

• Certificate of qualification as a Cardiac Physiologist

• British Society of Echocardiography (or equivalent awarding body) accreditation

• Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience

• Previous experience with ECG, Echocardiography, Holters – ECG and BP

• Skilled in Pacing Checks, Exercise Treadmill Test, Implantable Loop Recorder ; desirable

• Ability to interact effectively at all levels of organisation, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to assist in writing policies and Standard Operating Procedures

• Previous Management or Leadership role experience; desirable 

• Other professional body memberships and post graduate certificates ie BHRS; desirable
