We are looking for a Pantry Assistant to join our busy team. The successful candidate will work as part of a team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in all pantry areas whilst offering catering room service to our patients and their visitors, Consultants and all employees of New Victoria Hospital.

Requirements

Knowledge:

  • Customer care 
  • Food hygiene standards; desirable
  • Knowledge of catering; desirable 

Experience:

  • Previous restaurant or canteen experience; desirable 

Qualifications:

  • Good standard of general education
  • NVQ or equivalent in Catering; desirable 

Skills and aptitude:

  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
