We are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join our team of nurses working on our Alexandra Ward at New Victoria Hospital.

The role of the team is to provide exceptional nursing care to all patients of New Victoria Hospital.

As part of a dedicated team you'll work collaboratively to meet the needs of patients, within framework of New Victoria’s policies and procedures.

Patient Services Advisor (x2)

 

We are looking for two a reliable, hardworking persons to work as part of our busy Patient Services department.  As a Patient Service Advisor you will be the face of the Hospital, welcoming our patients at our reception desks and dealing with appointments over the phone.  You'll have great communication and IT skills. You’re also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that’s clear, sympathetic and easy to understand. Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.

New Victoria Hospital to end Ophthalmology services in August 2022

After careful consideration, the Executive Management Team at New Victoria Hospital has taken the decision to cease offering Ophthalmology services to patients, effective 1 August 2022. 

Following a thorough evaluation of our operational structure, the Hospital has opted to prioritise increasing patient needs for different functional and rehabilitative surgery, including Orthopaedics, Oncoplastic Breast procedures, Gastroenterology, Urology and Gynaecology treatments.

The Hospital will be operating as usual until 3pm on the 24th December. We will then be closed until 6.30am on the 4th January 2022. Some services will be available between Christmas and New Year’s Eve.
