Whether you have health concerns or simply want peace of mind, our personalised health MOT packages are designed to assess your overall health and highlight the main markers for excellent preventative care and optimum health.
Private Health Checks
Standard Health Checks include a number of evaluations such as a BMI check, a blood pressure check, an examination of the heart, lungs, abdomen, ears, nose and throat and a full profile blood test.
The blood tests check liver function, kidney function, full lipid screen and blood count, and include a test for diabetes. The checks will also involve a review of your medical history, a written summary of the check and a follow-up phone/video call with the GP.
Our in-depth Wellness checks are a more extensive check-up which works as part of a preventative care regimen. Just like the standard health check-up, a Well Man health check or Well Woman health check is important for keeping everything as it should be.
These health checks are designed as an MOT for men and MOT for women to assess your current health status and other medical needs, which allows you to identify any underlying health issues you could be facing at the earliest stage.
Well Man Health Check
Below is what is included in our Well Men Health Check:
- Review of medical history
- Examination of height, weight, BMI
- Examination of blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen levels
- Examination of heart, lungs, abdomen, ears, nose and throat
- Testicular and prostate examination
- Blood tests: full blood count, liver function, kidney function, full lipid screen, diabetes test, gout test and PSA
- FIT (faecal immunochemical test) for bowel cancer screening
- Follow-up consultation to include cardiovascular risk score and heart age
Well Woman Health Check
Below is what is included in our Well Women Health Check:
- Review of medical history
- Examination of height, weight, BMI, blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen levels
- Examination of heart, lungs and abdomen, ears, nose and throat
- Breast examination
- Blood tests: full blood count, liver function, kidney function, full lipid screen, diabetes test
- FIT (faecal immunochemical test) for bowel cancer screening
