We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our Theatres team. The Team Leader will be responsible for the management of staff and resources within the scrub - plastics and gender dysphoria team. They will work with the Theatre Manager to ensure the provision of high quality, evidence based patient centred care for patients and theatre users.

Requirements

  • RGN or ODP Qualification
  • Recognised post registration course relevant to Theatres
  • Evidence of CPD
  • Teaching and assessing qualification
  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing / Healthcare
  • Recognised post registration course relevant to Theatres
  • Proven experience of successful team management / change management
  • 5 years post registration
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Scrubs at senior level
  • Good knowledge of budgeting / financial management

 

This position will provide valuable experience across all modalities.
